GetSettld provides city guides, country guides, acclimation playbooks, and related tools for digital nomads and remote workers. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or systematically copy our content without permission
• Republish our guides or data without attribution and prior written consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation

Accuracy of Information

Visa rules, tax laws, banking policies, and local conditions change frequently. GetSettld makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but makes no guarantee that any specific piece of information is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you read it.

GetSettld is not a legal, tax, or immigration advisor. Always verify visa requirements, tax obligations, and any legally significant information with official government sources or a qualified professional before making decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on GetSettld is proprietary and owned by Actyra unless otherwise noted. OpenStreetMap map data is used under the Open Database License.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on visa, tax, or safety information provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
